While on the board with fellow members of the Metro Atlanta Crime Commission,
David Post established Care for Cops in 1999. The 501(c)3 organization offers financial assistance to families of Georgia law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty. Beginning his full-time law enforcement career in 1971, David, who retired in 2020 as a reserve commander, now donates 100 percent of his Future Security consulting fees to Care for Cops.
Established in 1972, Future Security draws upon David Post’s decorated career in law enforcement and decades of consulting small businesses and Fortune 500 companies.
Over the years, he has applied his practical know-how and exceptional instincts to structure innovative solutions in security, loss prevention, and management.
