Care For Cops Fifth Annual Charity Golf Classic
TPC Sugarloaf at Sugarloaf Country Club
Duluth, Georgia
July 26, 2010

Hamilton Mill Golf Club

Winding its way through the oaks and pines of Sugarloaf Country Club is the renowned TPC Sugarloaf championship golf course.  The 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf course provides spectacular vistas and challenging golf. An additional 9 holes were later added, making this 27-hole course one of the best in the country.  Many of the world’s best golfers have played here and love the well-manicured fairways and greens.

The PGA Tour's TPC Sugarloaf offers the same luxurious facilities and state-of-the-art amenities enjoyed by PGA TOUR players at the former site of the AT&T Classic (formerly the Bellsouth Classic).  They include:

  • A spectacular 60,000 square-foot estate-like Southern Classic style clubhouse
  • Expansive TOUR-quality practice facility featuring multi-tiered hitting areas; a 360-degree short game area including a 20,000 square-foot putting green  surrounded by sand traps, knolls and roughs; and a
  • World-class golf shop featuring the latest equipment and apparel

Great care was taken during the construction of TPC Sugarloaf to preserve and protect natural wildlife habitats, while at the same time incorporate the distinct natural contours of the land into the design – diminishing its impact on the environment.  The result is a serene, captivatingly beautiful stage for golf that serves as a refuge for numerous wildlife species.  In recognition for its efforts to preserve and protect indigenous wildlife habitats while conserving natural resources, TPC Sugarloaf is certified an Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary System by the Audubon International.

Come play golf on the same outstanding layout where the world’s best golfers compete.
